BiB3O6 (BIBO) Crystal
BIBO結晶は新しく開発された非線形光学結晶です。
実効非線形係数が大きく、高いダメージ閾値、不活発性を有しています。
その非線形係数は、LBOの3.5-4倍、BBOの1.5-2倍であり、青色レーザーを発生させる有望な二倍波結晶です。
CASTECH社では、BIBO単結晶の成長に "top-seeded solution growth"（TSSG）技術を用いています。
