*1. Spectral Range is dependent on pump laser pulse width. For best results out to 10 THz, a pulse width of 50fs or less is recommended.
*2. Assumes a 2.50W average power mode-locked Ti:Sapphire laser pump with a pulse width of < 50 fs. Dynamic range is quoted for the electric field, and can be substantially lower if laser noise is a significant factor. Typical suitable repetition rates for this configuration are 1 - 5kHz. Minimum pulse energy: 1mJ/pulse.
*3. Reflection mode is normal incidence, and is coupled with a 2D stage to provide imaging capability
*4. Size is quoted for the THz system head only. Does not include the size of the laser, computer, lock-in amplifier, high voltage power supply, translation stage controller or external supporting optics.
