超高効率反射グレーティング（プレミアグレード）
LightSmyth社製、超高効率反射グレーティングは、レーザ波長安定化の応用に加えて、通信用Polarization-Diversity光学系にも適用できるようデザインされています。これらのグレーティングは投射リソグラフィ 及び reactive-ion-etchにより単結晶シリコン基板上に成形され、単一偏光に対して、非常に高効率が達成できるよう、メタライズ処理（IRに対しては金）が施されます。
すべてのグレーティングが、レプリカを使用しない直接製法で作成されたマスターであるため、低散乱で、長期間にわたって高性能を保持します。これらの、ウェファーレベルでの低コスト製法により、高性能で低価格のグレーティングを提供します。
