Optical-contact Composites (Green Laser )
Optical-contact composites are consisted of laser crystal Nd:YVO4 and non-linear optical crystal KTP. They are combined together by optical-contact method without cement and can generate as high as 70mW 532nm green laser with 500mW diode pumping. They have the advantages of high conversion efficiency, compact design and low cost etc. CASTECH is able to steadily supply Optical-contact composites (Nd:YVO4+KTP) with large amount (more than 30000pcs/month). The main dimension options are: 1.8x1.3x2.5mm and 1.5x1.0x2.5mm. We can also supply free copper holder (Dia.8mm) upon request. For the other size of copper holder please inquire our sales people.
We have 3 kinds of Optical-contact composites(Nd:YVO4+KTP) according to the output 532nm power:
A.500mW LD pumped, output 532nm power>50mW.
B.500mW LD pumped, output 532nm power>30mW.
C.300mW LD pumped, output 532nm power>25mW.
Crystal Kit for Blue Laser
In order to meet the demand for low power blue laser, CASTECH bought the authorization of BiBO patent from FEE, a German company and developed the low power crystal kit for blue laser. With 2 W LD pumping, such crystal kit can generate as high as 70mw 473nm blue laser.
A set of blue laser kit include
- Nd:YAG: 3x3x2mm, S1: HR946&473, HT-1319/1064/808; S2: AR946&473
- BiBO: 2x2x5mm, AR/AR-946/473
- Output Mirror：phi10x3mm, S1: HR946, HT473; S2: AR-473
Glued Crystals (Green Laser)
Glued Crystals(Nd:YVO4+KTP) are consisted of laser crystal Nd:YVO4 and non-linear optical crystal KTP. They are combined together by UV glue and can generate as high as 10mw 532nm green laser with 200mW 808nm diode pumping. They have the advantages of high conversion efficiency, compact design and low cost etc..
CASTECH is able to steadily supply Glued Crystals(Nd:YVO4+KTP) with large amount(more than 80000pcs/month). The main dimension options is 1.3x1.3x2.5mm. We can also supply free copper holder(Dia.8mm) upon request. For the other size of copper holder please inquiry our sales people.
